Maintenance Supervisor

  Wood Personnel is working with a Franklin based manufacturer to identify a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor. The position would lead Maintenance operations on 1st Shift, work with Plant Managers, Engineers and other Leaders to optimize production.
  
  Compensation and Hours for the Maintenance Supervisor:
  
  
  
  • $60,000 to $70,000 annually
    
  • Bonus Eligible
    
  • Monday - Friday
    
  • 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    
  • Full Benefits: Medical, 401K, etc.
    
    
    Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor:
    
    
    
    • In depth experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components of industrial machinery
      
    • Intermediate electrical knowledge preferred
      
    • At minimum, basic understanding of PLC and Ladder Logic.
      
    • Experience working on a variety of different machines, which could include molding, press, heat-treating, conveyors, etc.
      
    • Experience with facility maintenance a plus, but not required
      
    • Relatable degrees, certificates or diplomas preferred
      
      
      Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor:
      
      
      
      • Lead daily Maintenance Meetings with a team of Technicians
        
      • Work with Engineering, Plant Management and other departments create and execute manufacturing initiatives.
        
      • Assist in hiring, development and engagement of employees
        
      • Work on day to day and complex maintenance problems
        
      • Actively work with in house maintenance shop to create custom solutions for repairs.
