  • Has five-plus years of sales leadership experience
  • Is great at relationship development
  • Is proactive, polished, and comfortable in a boardroom
  • Is a great listener and mentor with the heart of a teacher
  • Can travel up to 20% of the time
  • Can set the vision and direction of the sales team
  • Is able to provide healthy accountability to the sales team
  • Knows the right way to on-board and let-go team members
  • Has demonstrated sales growth; has grown teams in number of team members and sales revenue
