CFS is hiring a Sales / Business Development Manager focused on creating relationships and gaining clients as the "face" of CFS. We provide top tier accounting and finance talent to our clients through a matchmaking process. Every business needs an accountant, so your possibilities are endless!   • Associate to Mid-Level sales role
  • Connect with hiring managers to discover job opportunities - manage all facets of the process, from initial prospecting to client retention
  • Uncover exactly what clients need in new hire
  • Collaborate with the recruiters on your team to find the best possible candidate for each job
  • Follow up with clients-fix any issues, grow the account
  • Place many phone calls, attend video and in-person meetings, touch base frequently over email Ideal Fit:

    • Wants to have full ownership over their accounts
    • Excited to work with a likeminded team of outgoing and driven professionals
    • Self-motivated and competitive - we ONLY promote from within, so there is plenty of room for growth
    • Makes friends easily, retains clients, has a great sense of humor
    • Wants to "hunt" and make money!
    • 2-10 years of experience in sales, accounting, or staffing (preferred) Benefits Include:
