Job Description:
Location: Franklin/Berry Farms area
Remote: possibility after training
Hours: 9am-5:30pm M-F EXCEPT during training the hours will be
8:30am-5:00 with 30 min lunch
Reputable company located in Franklin, TN. is seeking an
experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team. Great location
and company fosters a positive and supportive work environment.
Job Duties:
--- Handle many transactions going on at one time...be able to
talk, research, navigate, provide resolution, type/document while
still on the phone call
--- Ask probing questions to determine root cause of issue
--- Deliver resolutions or answers that may not be appeasing to the
caller
--- Handle difficult customers while remaining calm
--- Handle large call volume (back to back calls)
Requirements/Skills:
--- Customer Service, phone skills, data entry, call center
experience a plus.
--- Spanish candidates must be able to speak, read and write in
Spanish.
--- This is NOT a "scripted" call center. Candidate needs to
possess natural customer service skills, ability to research, talk
easily with caller and to take management of the call.
--- Excellent communication skills meaning (clear and concise,
professional, ability to explain in consequential/chronological
order, no slang, no additional chit chat, call control-ability to
refrain from asking open ended questions or questions that do not
pertain to the situation, ability to wrap up/end a call in a
respectful and tactful way
--- Good grammar
--- Good tone of voice and friendly at all times
--- Must be able to multitask--- meaning speaking to customer,
navigating, researching, documenting and etc. all at the same
time
--- Must type at least 40 wpm
--- 2-3 years--- experience in call center environment highly
preferred!
