Job Description: Three Stone is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. As a Sales Representative at Three Stone, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales for our diverse range of home services. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, door knocking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. -
  Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections as needed.

  We are a local, family-owned company located in Franklin, TN with a beautiful 4000 sq/ft Class A office space right off I-65.
  You are not installing roofs. We get that question frequently.
  This role requires you to knock doors. It's a D2D sales position. You won't always knock doors, but it is necessary to keep your pipeline filled.
