Provide personalized guidance to donors, assisting them in selecting the most suitable giving options and opportunities based on their individual philanthropic goals. Track and analyze donor feedback, fundraising performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the overall donor experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including program staff and marketing, to refine fundraising strategies and provide valuable donor insights for strategic enhancements.
