with clients, manage appointments, and expertly guide them through
each phase of the transaction Craft compelling offers and negotiate
with assurance Maintain an organized pipeline to ensure no
opportunity is missed Communicate effectively with clients,
lenders, and cooperating agents Adhere to a structured weekly
schedule that supports achieving at least one closing per month

maintain pace can earn up to ~$180,000 annually, depending on price
point and performance. Our commission splits are more advantageous
