Job Description:
Williamson Health is seeking an enthusiastic Foundation
Development Coordinator to join our Fundraising & Development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and
implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission of
enhancing community health. You will collaborate closely with other
team members to identify potential funding sources, create
proposals, and coordinate fundraising events. This position
requires strong communication skills, proficiency in grant writing,
and an understanding of the nonprofit sector. As part of Williamson
Health, you'll be working in a supportive environment that values
teamwork and community-focused health solutions, offering
opportunities for professional growth in community healthcare. Your
core duties will include managing donor relationships, tracking
fundraising progress, and ensuring compliance with any funding
requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required,
with a preference for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in
nonprofit fundraising. While not mandatory, certifications in
fundraising or grant management are advantageous. This full-time
position offers an annual salary with potential bonus incentives,

primarily office-based with some flexibility for remote work.
