JOB FUNCTION: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
As part of the sales team, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads, executing Kemberton's defined sales process, supporting the department with administrative duties as well as maintaining an active online presence to heighten visibility for both him/herself and Kemberton. The individual will have responsibility for all elements of the sales process, prospecting, qualifying, positioning, objection handling, and contract negotiations.
Lead generation through research, cold calling, internet research, email, relationship building, and other tactics
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, align Kemberton Healthcare as a service solution of choice
Execute research strategies designed to identify appropriate target prospects
Manage pipeline in CRM system, support sales leadership in strategy implementation, and present plans / pipeline to sales leadership
Develop and maintain outstanding industry knowledge, understand healthcare trends, enhance skills and abilities such as communication, presentation and negotiations
Develop and share best practices with team, collaborate with other sales team members, contribute to positive work environment and culture
Manage your own Social Media accounts in a positive manner to gain visibility for yourself and Kemberton
Support the department on Sales and Marketing related administrative duties as needed
Prepare effective communications both within the company and with others outside the company
Participate in special projects when presented by management
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing or a comparable level of relevant work experience or a comparable level of work experience and education.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience. Lead generation preferred.
Knowledge of Healthcare Terminology preferred but not required
Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft preferred but not required
Self-motivated with highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
