1st shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Associate
Analytical Chemist to join our team in a dynamic laboratory
environment. This role focuses on contaminants analysis using
advanced instrumentation, contributing to our mission of providing
accurate food and dietary supplement testing. Responsibilities
Assist in making dilutions and perform tasks on LC assays, likely
involving some instrumentation work with LC-MS. Prepare and extract
samples for LC-MS analysis and support LC-MS operations. Train in
HPLC methods and apply them as needed. Validate one assay and
assist in inorganics as a lab assistant. Wash and clean glassware,
ensuring the laboratory remains in optimal condition. Collect and
test samples, weigh samples for ICP or ICP-MS team, and perform
simple dilutions. Label and count vials accurately to maintain
organized sample inventory. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in
Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related life
science field. 0-2 years of experience in a chemistry laboratory
setting. Experience with HPLC, GC, or LC-MS is a plus. Knowledge of
biology, microbiology, aseptic techniques, and biochemistry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and
excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated and capable of
working independently. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Good attitude
and coachable, with a positive work approach. Work Environment The
position is based in a state-of-the-art laboratory located in
Madison, WI. The lab specializes in food chemistry testing,
including infant formula, sole-source nutrition products, hemp and
CBD, dietary supplements, and botanicals. The lab is equipped with
advanced instrumentation such as UPLC, HPLC, GC, and LCMS. The
environment is fast-paced and production-oriented, with a focus on
meeting client deadlines. This role offers significant growth

organization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
