Job Description: Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is looking for an Associate Engineer Systems and Engineer Systems based out of Huntsville, Alabama for the IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System is a revolutionary, network enabled command-and control system developed by Northrop Grumman that Poland has deployed to unify its air and missile defense sensors and shooters. IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System delivers a single integrated air picture with unprecedented accuracy and broadens surveillance and protection areas. By implementing IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System into their militaries, the US and other nations are transforming their integrated missile defense capabilities in a consistent manner. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in systems engineering lifecycle of missile/weapon system development program(s), functional analysis and systems trade studies for technical solutions with respect to concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance; Reviewing the SOW to generate and present data analysis using the results gathered to support internal and external stakeholder meetings. They will have technical knowledge in one or more of the subsystems of missile/weapon system, e.g., RF/sensors, guidance, command & control systems. This requisition may be filled based on qualifications listed below Basic Qualifications: Associate Engineer Systems (ENG01): 0 Years with Bachelors in Science, 0 Years with Masters or PhD Active Secret Clearance to Start Experience in SAFe Agile Excellent communication and collaboration Skills Requirements and Interface definition experience System analysis experience Engineer Systems (ENG02): 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters or PhD Active Secret Clearance to Start Experience in SAFe Agile Excellent communication and collaboration Skills Requirements and Interface definition experience System analysis experience Preferred Qualifications: Technical experience with IAMD JIRA and Confluence experience Cross-team collaboration experience Program and production risk experience Python experience MBSE experience Primary Level Salary Range: $72,700.00 - $109,100.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
