Position Highlights Outpatient-only primary care focused exclusively on Medicare/Medicare Advantage seniors Longer appointment times quality over volume Strong emphasis on preventive medicine and chronic disease management Advanced support structure including care coordination, analytics, quality teams, and billing support Established patient panel with opportunity to grow Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Typical Monday-Friday schedule, closed 12-1 pm for lunch, and with no inpatient responsibilities Practice Environment Value-based care model designed to support physician autonomy Highly coordinated team including nurses, care managers, and administrative support Modern clinic environment with efficient workflows Leadership that prioritizes patient outcomes and physician well-being Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary (market-aligned for senior-focused primary care) Value-based bonuses, quality incentives & shared savings opportunities, with opportunity of 100K potential Flexible employment structure with W2 stability Comprehensive benefits including health, malpractice coverage, licensure fees, and PTO Reduced administrative burden with full support for reporting, care coordination & documentation Candidate Requirements MD/DO trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Eligible for Alabama medical license, and willingness to obtain Passion for senior care and value-based medicine Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset Comfortable managing a Medicare population (65) New graduates welcome if aligned with the model Why Our Community?
