Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to
join our team. This position involves providing top-notch medical
care in the comfort and privacy of patients' homes. As a Home
Health RN at HCA Healthcare, you will be a part of a dynamic team
dedicated to enhancing patient lives through comprehensive,
individualized care tailored to each patient's unique health needs.
Assess patients' health problems and needs in their homes. Develop
and implement nursing care plans for individual patients.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate
patient health data and medical history. Collaborate with a team of
healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Proficient in
providing compassionate and efficient patient care. Able to assess
and respond to patient needs quickly and accurately. Skilled in
administering medication and operating medical equipment. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state
of practice. CPR certified. Preferably certified in Basic and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
